CHOOSING LEARNING PRIORITIES
Barbara, Acme’s Sales Leader, and works with her managers and Imparta’s Sales Performance Consultants to prioritize learning for the team based on:
- Insights from the assessment.
- Priority gaps in business performance.
- Market developments (e.g. inflation or competitor behavior) that demand an agile response.
CUSTOMIZING THE LEARNING
The Sales Performance Consultant works with Acme to customize the learning in an efficient way. The result? We develop precisely the right skills, and every role feels it has been created just for them.
